1.The camera need DC 12V 1A power supply, but the power supply is not inlcuded. If you need power supply, you can order camera with power supply from us.

2.This wifi camera support sd card, to install the sd card, you need to open the camera to insert the sd card to the sd card slot. The sd card is also not included. If you need sd card, you can order camera with sd card from us as well.

3.The recording time is depended on the camera resolution and the storage of the sd card, you can refer to the below datas:

8GB: 2 days; 16 GB: 4-5days; 32GB: 8-10 days; 64GB: 18- 20 days.

4.Camera only supports 2.4Ghz wifi, it doesn't support 5G wifi.

Packaging:

We use a foam to cover the camera, and then put the camera and another accessories to the retail box. If just one piece, we will use the another foam and plastic to pack the camera. If it is a bundle of camera,we will put the camera into another carton box to pack the camera safely.
